How does customizing a product work?
Open any product, choose your options, then use the design tool to place your logo, text or artwork. You’ll see a preview of the finished item before it goes in your cart. If your artwork is already print-ready, you can upload it directly on the product page instead.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector files – AI, EPS, PDF or SVG – reproduce cleanly at any size and are always the best choice. High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300 DPI also works well. If all you have is a small or low-resolution logo, send it anyway and we’ll tell you honestly what it will look like at print size.
How long will my order take?
Every product page shows three timeframes: Free Delivery within 14 days, Rush Delivery within 1 week, and Super Rush within 4 days. The clock starts once your artwork is approved, so getting files to us early is the quickest way to move a deadline.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the decoration method. Where a minimum applies it is shown on the product page. If you are unsure, or you want a small run of something unusual, ask us and we’ll tell you what is possible.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as you can. Before artwork is approved most changes are straightforward. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible – but we will always tell you exactly where your order stands.
Can I visit you in person?
Yes. You’ll find us at 1421 Hilltop Dr, Chula Vista, California 91911. We’re open Monday to Friday 9:00am–6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–3:00pm, and closed on Sunday.
